I usually eat a kilo and a half of mangos for breakfast, (when i can get them!) i have been for the past week and for the past week i have noticed that by lunchtime, i a1m s***ting out undigested bits of mango. i know it sounds gross but these are the facts!! What's going on? i am not fully raw, I have been transitioning for the last 4 months (from a high fat raw food diet in which i was not fully raw either) Some days i eat all raw - usually mangos, kilo of bananas, half a kilo of dates and a couple of lettuces and some nuts or seeds maybe, other non-sweet fruits. Lots of days i eat raw breakfast and lunch then cooked dinner. i aspire to be completely raw but havent got there yet. I am confused about the undigested food because fruit is meant to be the easiest food to digest, so why aren't i digesting it? Is it because I am eating so much of it?
