Subject:	Going from 90 to 100% has given me huge dark circles under my eyes. What could be the reason?

Just this last week I bumped my percentage up to 100% and the
dark circles under my eyes have deepened and gotten bigger.
What gives? Is this just caused by loss of water weight?

Do you have any suggestions for getting them to go away?
