i appreciate the reply, and it helps me out a little bit, i have read that humans are capable of breaking down small amounts of cellulose. i was just unsure, because if our digestive systems cant handle it why should we burden ourselves with it. do fruits contain cellulose? i am glad to hear that i can enjoy mushrooms at leisure again :D.. and on that note how do i tell the dofference between a tender digestable cellulose and and its opposite?
