Thanks for caring Doug. My typical diet was 4lbs melon for breakfast around 7 or 8am. I was running in the morning (before breakfast) usually anywhere from 3-5 miles 30-45 minutes or so before I pulled something in my groin area.Usually burning 4-500 calories. Than it would be off to work( most people pay to work out but I have a cleaning business where folks pay me to work out cleaning houses). I started a business called Feather Duster. It pays well and doesn't tie my feet to the floor like retail did with employees etc. etc. I have a lot of energy and for now it's working for me. Than for lunch it's a couple of pounds of bananas with 4-6 ounces of romaine in a smoothie with 6-8 ounces of celery. Usually by 5pm. I am having 1lb of grapes or a blended orange pineapple drink equaling a pound or so. Than I'll have romaine (8-12ounces)tomatoes 1lb or so and cucumbers (4-6ounces)if I'm still wanting more sweets,I'll add oranges or some other fruit such as peaches or strawberries. Usually every other eve.I'll have 1/2 to a whole avacado or tahini dressing. To be honest I feel I keep the overt fats down but haven't been weighing out exactly how much fat. Today I'm starting a log of what I am eating and overall the past few days I have cut back on total calories. I'm experiencing a bit less cellulite already. My total calorie intake was around 2000+ plus calories a day with 15-20% overt fat.(I'm guessing) I am 5'2 and feel my best around 100lbs. Currently I am around 110lbs. but it is winter here in Colorado. I have cut calories to around 1500 day, no overt fat. What do you think? Also do you have a training video to get me started with weight exercises? As always, In gratitude, Feather
P.S. You must be getting ready for Costa soon?
