hi a couple questions. 1) dr graham makes a distinction between "tender leafy greens" and other vegetables and leafy greens, saying that the others are hard to digest because of cellulose and other indigestible fibers, and that we should avoid them. i'm a little confused though, because dont all plants have cellulose including spinach and "tender leafy greens"? 2) what about mushrooms, such as baby portabellas? i never saw him mention fungus. is it starchy like a root and tuber? i have no idea. but it is high carb low fat and raw and delicious :D. 3)dr douge doesn't recommend trying to do this without leafy greens, but for the time being i have been unsure about the leafy greens (see question 1) and haven't felt the need to include them, just surviving on 100% fruit baby, and i feel great and look great, i've been getting more ripped everyday. also i've tracked the nutrition on a log of fruit based days, and actually there are no deficiency's, i believe i can say we are fine without the greens, but i have been craving some good ol spinach.
