Subject:         heart pain follow up

hi doug, i posted a couple days ago about the heart pains due
to high levels of potassium.

since then my pains have seem to be more constant. ive been
scratching my head thinking why. im very scared and concerned
too. well today i thought...hey maybe it is a possibility of
too little fat too quick. ive been on 811 for 1 month and the
last few days of been the worst for my heart pains. its
getting worse and i fear the worst might occur.

the cronometer says i get enough fat from my fruits and veg
so i usually dont add avocado or nuts or seeds because i have
ringworm on my feet and higher fat levels make it super

today i figured id try some walnuts and hempseeds to see how
my heart feels. it seems to be a bit better but may be to
early to tell.

my question are,

1. have you ever heard of a case where heart pains occurred
from low fat consumption compared to my normal high fat vegan
diet? is it too little too soon? may it just be a detox or
unclogging or strengthing of the heart?

2. i know that my 1 day a week cardio is not enough. do you
think this may cause my pain?

thanks so much doug for you time and help. aside from this
pain i feel wonderful in every possible way from your diet.
