This is what I started to do and is getting better. Today I ate one big pineapple and for dinner (after workout) 1,5 Kg of grapes with 0,6 lt. of fresh squeezed oranje juice. I feel pretty well with no nausea. I'll let you know more news. In the meanwhile, thank you for your kind support. Augusto
