Dear Dr. Graham,
In these weeks I'm experiencing problems.
After a meal of bananas, or persimmons, or lettuce with
legumes (plain vegan, no fat added) and almost everything else
I feel very nauseated and with no energy in about half hour.
I eat monomeals following 811vegan 80% raw.
The only food that is good for me is pineapple and citrus in
general: I can eat a whole big pineapple with 1,5 liter of
fresh orange juice and go to gym in one hour with full energy.
In general I feel very tired and with no energy since cold has
arrived here (I live in Italy) and I literally CRAVE ALMOST
EXCLUSIVELY low calorie-high water fruits like pineapple,
orange juice, melons, salads (lettuce, celery, tomatoes, ecc.)
ecc. and nothing else.
It seems that in this period, for reasons that I can't
understand, my body needs less calories and low-calories high-
water foods.
What is your opinion and what do you suggest me to do?
