Subject:         Muscle And Fat Readings Still Accurate On A Raw Diet?
Date: November 25, 2012 at 12:06 pm PST

Hi Dr. Graham.

I was wondering if the body fat and muscle mass percentage readings that you get off an electric pulse scale are still accurate if you're on raw.

Without salt, would there be less water in your muscles, and therefore you'd read lower than someone else who did consume salt?

Would better hydration mess up your readings, or lead you to conclude that you were lower in muscle or higher in fat than others?
