I think you should take regular B12 tests, and then
you could decide if you need B12 injections or not.

I also had B12 deficiency, with B12<20. I took 2 B12
injections, and then I took B12 sub-lingual pills.
The symptoms I had: some electrical impulses through
my spine, tiredness, insomnia, but nothing like you
describe. Now, I am taking B12 sub-lingual from time
to time, and I go every 6 months to check my level.

I also think that there are nothing very wrong in
having some cooked vegetables for dinner. To me, this
helped me to feel more relaxed and not always in fear
that I will not have enough to eat, especially during
travelling. I think that other health factors (like exercises, sleeping, fresh air, ...) count much more
than being 100% raw.
