Hello Augusto,
the idea put forward about this in 80-10-10 is that the natural diet
for a species is their natural diet regardless of where they're living.
Eg; if a St.Bernard lives in Costa Rica, they will still eat primarily meat.
If a cow is moved to another climate, they will still naturally eat grass.
If humans thrive on 80-10-10 in Costa Rica, they will in Antarctica.
I have heard that people eating exclusively fruit do better in a pristine
environment. The only time I tried that was in a large city and I
suffered all kinds of health problems, I haven't tried it in a pristine
tropical environment, so I can't comment. Maybe this is where the
confusion lies with Dr. T's work? If anyone would like to comment
about this that would be great.
