I was not asked to evaluate Dr. T's dietary recommendations, only to respond to his commentary on 811. His comments are so off base that it is obvious that he hasn't yet read The 80/10/10 Diet. I think that reading the book is a prerequisite to giving an evaluation of the program described within.

Would you mind elaborating upon how you see things differently? And, if you feel really brave, you might even identify yourself with your real name, rather than hiding behind your pseudonym.
