There is ABSOLUTELY no need to consume more fats when in a polluted environment. In fact, if anything, I would want to reduce my fat intake if I was living in a less than pristine locale. I am currently living in the UK, which, I believe, certainly debunks any inference Dr. T. makes about 811 only working in the tropics.
