Many thanks for your response. I have a minimum of at least one large salad a day. This consists of mainly rocket but often but not always spinach. In the salad I include a lot of tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, sometimes brocoli and avocado. Sometimes I include other fruits as well. Never any nuts or seeds.

Sleepwise it is circa 7 - 8 hours a night currently. My sleep has been disturbed in the last month or so. I sleep in a darkened room with black out curtains.
