My deficiency certainly is a puzzle. What do you think
about regular b12 injections? I feel like after the
fast and a return to 811RV I should be good to go? I
was tested for Intrisic factor/Antibodies as was given
the all clear - which only puzzled the doctors
further.

Doug, I'm 811RV for the rest of my life. I'll post
occasional updates on the progress of my fast here.
