Thank you for taking the time to write that for me, Bronwyn, it means a lot. Whilst I partly disagree with your definition of 811 (for me it's only a caloronutrient ratio) I absolutely say that I have been 811 for 4 years now. But not 811rv. I remember after I made the switch to potatoes ect I went into my room and read grain damage - it made me really consider what I was doing, and (oddly enough) was why I picked up the cooked juices. Thank you for sharing about reading 80/10/10 again, immersing yourself in knowledge is a wonderful motivator to stay on track. Thank you for reminding me of that important fact. Stevie
