Transitioning from a so-so amount of protein to basically an essential amount of protein, will likely not be the "best case" scenario for your muscle building project for the time to come.
And remember, the X g of protein that you think you get - is just paper value. In reality you will have to shave off of that amount some 1/5 or so. Simply because of stuff like fiber and low availability, especially from greens (unless you make juice).
Also, "protein" is just a dummy term - it is the amino acids that matter; and the exact composition of those amino acids will increasingly gain in importance as the overall amount decreases.. So, you will have to pay attention to many more details.
Anyway, I would be interested to read about how this story will unfold..
