years. I try to help some of my family and friends and customers.
Some of them have Serious health issues. Obviously a fast might
be in order for some of them. Can you tell me more about your
situation and about your fast? How much improvement have you
seen? Was it mainly a thyroid issue? And what about the fasting
experience. Did you go to a supervised facility? How are you
feeling now? And do you plan to do another long fast later?
