Which protein foods do you use that are vegan?

Personally I use alot of nuts/seeds along with my
dates (corresponding 40% of fat calories). I have good
results eating this way and my muscles/body have a lot
of stamina and explosiveness. However I dont know how
fat will affect my system long term. I get about 80g
of protein per day.
So, im wondering if there would be possible to get
good muscle from about 40g of protein per day using
only dates and lettuce. Will experiment.
