Did I ever once claim to gain 35 lbs of muscle in 6 months? I said I gained 35 lbs and my body fat went down. Because muscle is going up, fat can also go up, as can water weight, while still dropping body fat percentage. When you're as malnourished as 30bad style 811 makes you, adding protein rich foods back into your diet leads to rapid gains. Just my own experience.
