My husband is a vegetarian, I prepare the healthiest food he will eat which is
primarily low fat cooked vegan and fruit for snacks. Before we lived together he
ate high fat vegetarian food which he seemed to be able to digest. He begged
for cookies yesterday, which I made. He ate about 10 and felt sick all night and
this morning. I consumed high fat raw food before 811, which I seemed to be
able to digest. With 811 I don't eat any overt fats. If I do accidentally, I feel ill
and want to vomit. I'm wondering what happens to the body when it hasn't had
fat for over a year or years. Does it stop producing the enzymes which break
down fat? Or is it like alcohol, that the body becomes hypersensitive to it when
it's not used to it? Thank you kindly,
