Building muscle has virtually nothing to do with the
kind of food you're eating, as long as you're getting
enough calories to support muscular growth.

I would try to vary your diet as much as possible, for
health reasons, but you can most definitely build
muscle on that diet, IF, and that's a BIG IF, you're
lifting progressively heavier weights.

None of this, 8-12 rep nonsense, using bicep curls and
chest flyes. I mean, bench presses, deadlifts,
squats, leg presses, barbell rows. Try to keep your
reps around 5.

You will get bigger, my friend, and as you get bigger
and more powerful, you will require even more food.
Eat until you're full, no more than that. Nothing
worse than trying to force feed yourself. Your body
will tell you when it needs more fuel.
