I think the information, that cruciferous greens are high in oxalic acids is correct, but I don't know, if these can harm us in the same way, like acids coming from grains, dairies, etc. Do we have to exclude these greens absolutely, or just learn to eat the needed quantities and to combine them correctly with other greens?
