Dear Doug
I am a recently converted 811 person, converted fully in August 2012.
I currently consume a variety of fruit durng the day and will eat salad produce in my diet.
I am losing body fat which is fantastic. I have lost 12 kilos since August.
I also exercise and train in kick boxing, kung fu and I also cycle.
Recently I have experienced sever cramps in the back of both thighs when sitting down at my computer at work. I have noticed that on both occassions I have had a 12 banana and 7 date smoothie for breakfast.
Can you comment on this problem and what this could be.
I am drinking enough water to hydrate and also eating enough calories on a daily basis in terms of fruit and salad content
