Thank you for your answer. Yes, I have dental problems, and my mother is suffering of osteoporosis, so I wd like to prevent it. I've read on 30bananasaday.com/frequently added discussions an article about vegetables w high oxalic acid content, with the suggestion to try to avoid these greens and replace them with lettuce greens. As lettuce greens are difficult to find during the winter, I wd like to know, what wd be the suggested daily quantities of the cruciferous greens or vegetables,the so called wild greens and sprouts?
