It does take a lot of practice. Just don't give up! When first starting, it was helpful for me to track my calories to be sure I was eating enough. And I was definitely undereating. I use the mynetdiary app on my iPhone. My current favorite food is banana date smoothie - easy to drink 1000 calories in a glass and keeps me full for a long time. I also recently joined the banana girl group on Facebook that Freelee has put together. Like Dr D mentioned, it's good to know other people following the same plan. I know almost no one in my area, so the fb group has helped me stay motivated. Maybe check it out? Good luck!
