Thanks for your help on this Dr. Graham! I tipically exercise soon after waking. Then I do not eat breakfast until between 10-12. I usually eat about 1 lb of papaya or banana/romaine smoothie, or another mono fruit meal. Then I usually have lunch about 3:00 and eat another fruit meal (today 2 grapefruit and 2 small tangerines). then for dinner I usually have some greens, celery, and or tomatoes, and more fruit like plums, or apples, or pineapple, or grapes or persimmons or whatever I have that is in season. I do not eat salt or any overt fats at all. I have been eating the 811rv diet (this way) for about 1 month and have only lost about 1 pound. I am not a large person (5ft 4in about 114lb) but have a lot of excess fat due to over eating overt fats on the high fat raw vegan diet for years. I did use salt before and do not miss it at all now suprisingly. I am just wondering if I will eventually loose the fat or if I need to do something different. I do feel better but am a little discouraged to see how I am not changing phsyically yet. I tend to eat about 1400-1700 cal. per day. I do exercise more now too becuase I am feeling better.

Thanks again for any help!!!
