Fiber can be a problem and of course fructose/fructans/polyols. To reduce fiber use juice. As for the other stuff, here is a list of fruits that are considered "suitable": ripe banana (if any), blueberries, boysenberry, cantaloupe, star fruit, cranberry, durian, grapes, grapefruit, honeydew melon, kiwi, lemon, lime, mandarin, orange, passion fruit, paw paw, pineapple, raspberry, rhubarb, strawberry, tangelo. Concerning the sleep issue: it is likely due to an imbalance of neurotransmitters due to a shortage of precursor substances (i.e. choline, tryptophan, glutamate).
