Hi Everyone, I have been trying to do the 80-10-10 lifestyle since January with some success and health benefits but I am having trouble going alllll the way. 100% all fruit all the time seems out of my reach. I get horrible cooked foods cravings and sometimes feel that I can't control myself. Today I binged and ate the worst foods and was rewarded with horrible cramping and diarrhea. I feel very discouraged and wonder if this is not for me :( I have trouble staying motivated and excited for fruit. I want the benefits of this lifestyle but what do I need to do to stay in control and look forward to lots of fresh fruit. Somedays I get very bored and I don't want to eat at all. Any tips would be appreciated.
