The point is it's pretty hard to go below 4-5% fat even if one is eating no overt fats. There are a few fruits (I think dates are one of them) which have almost no fat. But by eating a variety of fruits & veggies w/out any overts we will still be around 4-5%. I don't really think of it as being a should or shouldn't thing. I do better at 5% than I do at 10%. Therefore I go a lot of my days w/ no overts. Many folks feel okay at 10%...or even a bit more. Find out which makes you feel best & eat as you want.
