Eating fruits & veggies which have no overt fats will still keep us in that lower range (4-5%). There is a bit of fat, though less than 10%, in most fruits & vegetables.
Tomatoes & greens, for instance, are a bit higher. But their caloric density is low so if you are eating plenty of other fruits/veggies that have no overt fats, it's likely you'll be in that 4-5% range.
