Dr . Graham, 4 years ago I had a Verticle Sleeve Gastrectomy weight loss surgical procedure which reduced the size of my stomach 90%. I've lost over 200 pounds eating mostly protien shakes, yogurt, cheese, eggs, everything I want to stop eating in the future. I went completely vegan 3 months ago, and learned about your 80/10/10 program watching Durianriders YouTube videos. My question is, Do you think it's possible for someone with a tiny stomach like mine, to eat enough fruits and vegetables per day to get all the nutrition they need? I'm 71 years old, have been obese all my life, and have ruined my hips, knees and heels to the point where I now use a cane. Thank you very much. Jay PS Just finished reading your, "The 80/10/10 Diet", and am very interested in adopting this lifestyle.
