Thanks for the reply :) I'm trying to gain as much as I can, and with that in mind, I am not making any specific expectations. I will focus more on keeping the reps lower and pulling/pushing closer to 85-90% of my 1RM for reps. A bit of a side note, I consider to be the vegetables I eat to be primarily responsible for any muscle growth, is this in a sense true? I do not use a blender and I chew them, would it be more optimal to use a blender and have it " prefectly chewed " ? Dr Stanley Bass is big on chewing and juices, but I always enjoyed chewing, although I don't always do it as thoroughly as i'd like, and in those cases im wondering if the body will end up taking all of the juice/nutrients from the food on its own anyways.
