Any time digestion is compromised, so is nutrition. Oranges and tomatoes are classed as acid fruits. Or, if you wish, tomatoes could be classed as "fruit/veg," but still combines well with acid fruit. Mango is sub-acid, and combines well with almost everything. Persimmon is a sweet fruit. Combine it as you would a banana, for best results.
