Last week I strained myself doing some handstands/ fingerstand holds, and now I have what appears to be tennis elbow. I realize rest is what I need, and that I should stay off it completely. Just curious if fasting is a good idea, and if I should be engaging in any sort of therapeutic measure, like massage of the area.
