Celery is rich in sodium.
The answer lies not in getting more sodium, but in retaining the sodium you consume. This natural bodily function is impaired when too much sodium is consumed, an intelligent response by the body.

By all means, please read The 80/10/10 Diet. I do not recommend a diet composed solely of sweet fruits.
