Hi for many months now i've had brain fog, tummy problems, headaches, fatigue, none of which is helped by fruit. I believe i have a candida problem, is fasting a solution????? PLEASE HELP AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING THIS!!!!!!!!
