| Subject: | My Nutritional Analysis |

I checked my Fitday reports and realize in the past year (when I was doing best) I was basically meeting the RDA for most nutrients except selenium. I was also getting enough sleep and exercise I just didn't have a clear purpose. I checked the reports for the last 6 mos, 4 mos, 2 mos, and month and saw there has been a steady decline in my nutrients, mood, and health.
Here are the nutrient levels starting the the 1 year and going down as I mentioned:
Calcium 99, 93, 78,63,63,57% RDA
Iron 94, 91, 87, 82, 92, 54%
Selenium 74, 68, 57, 45, 42%
Zinc 99, 95, 91,85,90, 57
I have also been worried about sodium since there is no RDA, just a DV and I don't know how much this matters. Is % DV important?
I looked up Selenium and it says to eat Brazil Nuts but should I do that since they aren't fresh? I seem to have been low in it for a long time! What's another 811 source? It was interesting to read it can cause cold sores and shingles which I got a cold sore a few months ago that keeps coming and going and for the first time ever a rash thing that appeared to be shingles. It said selenium deficiency can cause the dormant virus to mutate into a virulent form that may cause damage or even death. I want to heal this!
Now that it's fall here, I won't be getting as much Vitamin D either and I know that affects Calcium absorption which is already low in me...I do have a supplement. Would that be a smart idea to take or not? (I cant take a vacation unfortunately).
What about those other nutrients, where can I get them? I noticed I'm getting some from fruits, but are they more present in greens and veggies? What would the benefit of eating avocado be? or would that make my virus worse? It seems melons had more sodium and papayas had more calcium when I was eating those things...
Also everyone tells me eat more protein ( I look anorexic) and I noticed I am actually below the RDA on a few select days, other days just meet it, and somedays well beyond the minimum, but I'm thinking overall I may be low and since I only have chard/celery juice now I am wondering if I would be getting all the amino acids?
Final question for now. I can't really check an RDA for fats, but I am likely to be deficient in Omega Fatty Acids I think since I don't think they are in juice or are they? I don't know if I should include any form of overt fats or just eat more greens or is the juice ok?
Thanks for reading. Advice is appreciated! At least I'm finally looking into this and can hopefully save myself. I can't be 70 some pounds, with sleep problems, and a virus, etc. I really want to get on a healthy plan for November.
