Is this even possible? I'm on disability and literally have no more money
than that. I bought a NutriBullet and do well on 2 full tops' worth of dark
greens with some fruit, then dinner of cooked carb to shore up my calories
(e.g. forbidden rice with beans and hopefully fresh veg like bok choy), but
can't afford to follow 811 fully. I don't have a place to grow anything myself
right now, besides a modest amount of sprouts.. Is there anything you
might suggest (beyond the obvious I'll do like bargain at the end of farmer's
markets...)? Is kombucha a good idea if I could brew it myself? How about
herbal infusions where you brew tea so long it disintegrates...like if I invest
in jars and buy bulk green tea...? Any other ideas? Please, I'd be so
grateful for anything that could help keep me closer to 811 with such limited
resources. Thank you so much!
