You might want to read The 80/10/10 Diet before you go off on a tangent of The 80/10/10 Diet. 811 is species specific. There is no diet specifically for the women of ANY species, and certainly not one specifically for women. Freelee openly mentions that the NAME of the diet is for women, and not the nature of the diet plan itself.
