I don't know your height, so can only guess at a suggested ideal weight for you, but likely you want to put on 15-25 pounds, maybe more. Adding weight is relatively simple, just eat more food, and choose foods that are more calorie dense, such as bananas and persimmon, as opposed to the watery fruits such as melons.
While greens are important overall, you give no indication of how much tomato you are eating. I enjoy tomatoes too, but still want my greens as well. If you are eating tomatoes rather than eating fruits with calories, you are working against yourself in terms of weight gain.
Where to start? I'd say that every meal wants to begin with all the fruit you care for, and that if you want to finish with veggies, enjoy. But you must take in the calories first. You must eat enough to gain, and not simply maintain your weight.
If you wish to add muscle, strength training is required.
Including some avocado and/or nuts and seeds is certainly allowable, and will make it far easier for you to increase your daily calorie intake with no worries of overconsumption.
