what are the consequences and symptoms of not eating enough greens? ie. just 16 oz green juice per day? also if I am only 76 and desperately need to gain weight would I be best to eat some fats like hemp seeds or avocado? I assume i need more EFAs? or do i just start eating green smoothies or salad? I havent been eating any vegetables. I wasn't taking care of myself, just bingeing on fruit and tomatoes when not hungry and being totally sedentary for school. everyone is telling me to eat more protein. where do I begin?
