Subject:         Monomeals vs monodays

Hello,
I was wondering if eating only a certain type of fruit or
green during 1 (or more) days had any advantages over eating
monomeals.
Of course there would still be variety over the month/year.

My concerns are that the lack of stimulation would not
produce enough enzymes for digestion and also there would be
a lack of calories during a green-day (which would be
balanced the next day).
