I'm just going to make a start anyway based on BG's diet pyramid, gonna get me to the shops and get some fruit in my trolley....only trouble is i know i haven't seen organic juice round these parts so not sure what to have as my back up plan. Does anyone know what he recommends if no fruit is available?
