I'm part of the banana girl group on facebook. Freelee wrote the differences in the group here:

"The Banana Girl Diet is essentially the same as 811 but there are some distinct differences between my recommendations... so out of respect for Dr Doug I think it would be inappropriate for me to call it 811. I recommend pasteurised juice as back up when no ripe fruit is available. I also say some cooked herbs and spices are ok. I recommend a *minimum* of 2500 calories for all women each day. The Banana Girl Diet is also only targeted at women, it's a great sexy marketing name. I love Dr Doug and have the utmost respect for him, and only wanting to spread the raw vegan awareness.:-) "
