I understand. I was so much better last year and a few months ago even. It's been a rapid decline. I'm 70 some pounds, look terrible and I've been completely sedentary. I have been overeating fruit non stop when I'm not even hungry. I never stop eating long enough or move enough to get hungry anymore. What is step one? Exercise? Should I not eat until my stomach is empty? Should I eat only when hungry? I don't want to lose any more weight. Eat greens or fats? Get a nutritional check at the doctor? I dont absorb the calories because I don't create the demand for them. I will do anything to gain muscle and fat. I just got so depressed and isolated and I can't believe this happened. Now I have bad habits and dont know what to replace them with.
