I recommend developing a routine for getting to sleep. Of course, earning your sleep through fitness activities also helps. You don't mention if you are physically active.

Giving yourself permission to sleep also really helps. Go through the steps of your routine, and give yourself permission to rest peacefully. Use the process to relax ever more deeply. Roll over and let go, let nature take over.
