diet history I've been vegan for about 1.5 years and on mainly fruit, used to eat a lot more greens though, since last aug so over a year. lost weight before that eating tons of cooked food with coffee. about 2000 cals but was active.I was 106 back then and went down to 95. i used to eat hemp seeds and flax, rarely have nuts or avos but sometimes. now i really dont have them. i do also drink non caffeinated tea and lately some carob. grew up on SAD diet and used to follow high protein for years with protein powders, low fat, as I used fitday.
