You don't. Corn is wind-pollinated and the pollen can travel
pretty far. Organic corn seedlines have been
contaminated by GMO pollen. So even if you are buying
organic corn, something like 10% of it can be GMO. The only way to avoid GMO corn for certain is to avoid
corn entirely.
