Using poor combos that taste great often provides great feedback for youngsters to learn the pros and cons of so doing. Digestively, they learn that foul wind results, and that such wind is elective. It is up to the adults to decide if they also with for their little ones to learn the nutritional implications of such combining.

In our home, we focus on combining well, but we are flexible about the food combining rules with our little girl, to a small degree, in order to make some specialty items once in a while.
